Shipping Policy

MVS Parallel Limited Company, doing business as Rue Peptides, ships research compounds to all 50 US states. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Packaging

All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when required by the product's storage conditions. Packages are sealed and tamper-evident. All shipments are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, contact us at support@ruepeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship or refund your order.

Domestic Only

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.
