Refund & Return Policy

At Rue Peptides, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of research chemicals and regulatory requirements, our return policy has specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened and factory-sealed
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• Products must be in original, undamaged packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, unsealed, or tampered products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned without an RMA number
• Custom synthesis orders

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team at returns@ruepeptides.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back in its original sealed packaging
5. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective seal, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.
