Refund & Return Policy

At Rue Peptides (operated by MVS Parallel Limited Company), we stand behind the quality and purity of every product we sell. This policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, reconstituted, or tampered with in any way.

Purity Guarantee

Every batch is independently tested for purity via HPLC and mass spectrometry. If a product does not meet its stated purity specification as documented on the Certificate of Analysis (COA), we will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund. To file a purity claim, email us the product lot number and your independent test results.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ruepeptides.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or discrepancy. We will reship the correct product at no cost or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@ruepeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the unopened product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in USDC to a wallet address you provide. For Zelle payments, refunds are returned via Zelle. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or reconstituted
  • Products returned without an RMA number
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@ruepeptides.com.
